THE GOOD

In a rare (and what will likely be brief) appearance under the "good" headline, singer Britney Spears is lending a hand to help those in need.

The mother of two just announced that she is planning to aid the underprivileged children of the world by donating money to UNICEF. Spears is teaming up with photo agency X17 to raise money for the relief organization by auctioning an autographed copy of her latest CD, Blackout, on eBay.

"I think it's important to give back and with the release of Blackout, this seemed like the perfect opportunity to give the fans a chance to bid on something to help children everywhere," Spears said in a press release.

The pop diva may be in need of a bit of help of her own given the precarious legal situation she has put herself in after running a red light at a busy L.A. intersection last week. No doubt the ramifications of her driving skills will land her back in the "bad" category in a few days.

THE BAD

But, until then we'll focus on the bad news hitting CNN Headline News anchor Nancy Grace. The new mom, who just gave birth to twins on less than two weeks ago, has been readmitted to the hospital with complications from her pregnancy.

According to a CNN spokesperson, Grace was having trouble breathing while on her way to church this past Sunday. She was rushed to the hospital where doctors reportedly found two blood clots in her lungs, which occurred as a result of the pregnancy.

The 48-year-old first time mom developed pulmonary edema during her pregnancy and was forced to undergo an emergency c-section to deliver daughter Lucy Elizabeth and son John David two months ahead of her January due date.

Grace is said to be recovering in the hospital where she is expected to remain for the rest of the week.

THE UGH-LY

There was nothing friendly about the skies over California yesterday... at least for actor John Stamos.

According to news reports, things got very ugly for the "ER" star on board a flight from Chicago to L.A. The FBI was called to Los Angeles International Airport on Monday after Stamos was involved in an airline altercation with another passenger The actor was reportedly flying back from Chicago after filming exterior scenes for "ER," and was asleep in first class when a woman allegedly grabbed him and started shaking him.

Stamos told police that he then got up to use the restroom and the woman got into his seat and refused to move. Reports say the belligerent woman them began repeatedly hitting Stamos on his hand.

UGH!

Airline personnel tried unsuccessfully to intervene and Stamos eventually moved to another part of the airplane. At that point the woman allegedly started making a scene, screaming and threatening Stamos. According to reports, police and FBI were waiting at the airport when the plane landed. However, in the end nice guy Stamos declined to press charges against the obsessed fan.
