She once said that she wanted to wait until her son was three before she added to the family. But it appears someone had other plans for actress Melissa Joan Hart. The "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" star just confirmed that she is four months along with her second child and her son Mason hasn't even celebrated his second birthday yet.

What do they say about the best-laid plans?

Hart and her husband Mark Wilkerson married in 2003. Their ceremony was taped and later broadcast on cable TV in a reality series chronicling their nuptials.

Despite being about halfway through her pregnancy, Hart is not letting her growing belly slow her down. The actress is currently shooting a Lifetime movie in Vancouver, and will next be seen in a guest appearance on the October 9th episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."

On a much sadder note, "Young and the Restless" fans are in mourning today.

British-born actor Michael Evans, who played Victor Newman's pal Col. Douglas Austin on the long-running CBS soap opera from 1980 to 1995, has died. He was 87.

According to news reports, Evans died from age-related complications earlier this month.

Eric Braeden, who plays Newman on "The Young and the Restless" issued a statement shortly after hearing of Evans' passing: "Michael Evans was as a total professional from the old English school, a gentleman through and through."

Non-soap fans may know Evans better for his roles on the London stage in 1940s and 1950s. Or, as the handsome Parisian who wooed Audrey Hepburn on Broadway in the 1951 production of "Gigi." Evans also appeared on numerous television shows, including "Dr. Kildare,""The Man From U.N.C.L.E.,""Hunter" and "I Spy," as well as in such films as "Bye Bye Birdie" and "Time After Time."

Born John Michael Evans, the actor was the son of a World War I flier father and a concert violinist mother.
