All fans, or parents of fans, of Playhouse Disney’s bouncy Imagination Movers music quartet have reason for excitement this week, as a new CD from the band hits shelves tomorrow. Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall made a confession before lawmakers this week: His own kids could use more exercise. The NFL star, who volunteered to promote children’s fitness legislation, admitted that like many kids their age, his sons play way too many video games and eat way too much fast food. The Velvet Teddy Bear, Ruben Studdard, married his girlfriend Surata Zuri McCants last Saturday at the Canterbury United Methodist Church in Birmingham, AL. More than 300 guests attended the wedding, all dressed in black and white. Ruben and his 20 groomsmen wore black tuxes while the bride wore a white and ivory Casablanca wedding gown. After the 30-minute ceremony, the newlyweds left for the reception at the Rosewood Hall at SoHo Square in Homewood.
