I sat through the movie “Six Degrees of Separation” twice and I still couldn’t follow what was going on (my boyfriend at the time finally gave up trying to get me up to speed). In case you haven’t heard, Bernie Madoff has ripped off a lot of people with a Ponzi scheme. It is estimated that approximately $50 billion dollars were lost by investors – making this the biggest investor fraud in history. It seems that even Hollywood celebrities were hit hard by Madoff. Kanye West’s mother, Donda West, died Saturday at the age of 58. Reports are that her death may have been caused by complications due to a cosmetic surgical procedure, but Kanye’s publicist will neither confirm nor deny the claims. She was brought into Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center by paramedics on Saturday. Even though doctors tried to revive her, she died shortly after being admitted.
