Romantic Movies for Valentine’s Day

Do you have a special date lined up for this evening? Maybe your plans include putting in a romantic DVD. If that’s the case, allow me to suggest some of my all-time favorite movies, destined to give you the warm fuzzies. Warning: these are chick flicks, but nothing says “I love you” to a girl like a guy who will sit and watch a chick flick with her. “Somewhere in Time.” This movie stars Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour as a couple who must overcome huge challenges to be together, including the biggest obstacle of all – the fact that … Continue reading

Will You Be Disappointed This Valentine’s Day? Survey Says…

Have you ever spent Valentine’s Day hoping for a diamond tennis bracelet only to be gifted a can of tennis balls? According to reports, Lohan was unfazed by the white powder and simply dusted off her … Continue reading

Cartographers Reginald Anson (Hugh Grant) and George Garrad (Ian McNeice) have been commissioned by the Queen of England to make several maps of Wales. They drove across the border and stopped in the first small village they came to so they could take measurements of the area, particularly of the hills and mountains. Morgan, the pub keeper … Continue reading
