Here we go again...

I'll say this for Paris Hilton, she might not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but she certainly gets props for possessing sheer determination when it comes to finding... a husband.

She's been in love before. In fact, she's even been officially engaged to someone who could actually afford to keep her happy. Unfortunately, true love has evaded the poor little rich girl--until now.

According to the highlighted blonde drama queen, she has found the man she plans to marry (I know, I know, you've heard this before, but stick with me). Hilton recently revealed that she and her boyfriend (of three months) Doug Reinhardt are planning to get hitched... as soon as he produces the right size diamond dazzler.

The socialite has been dating "The Hills" star since splitting with her ex-boyfriend, rocker Benji Madden, whom she also labeled "husband material" shortly after shacking up with him.

So, yes, for all you Paris Hilton fans out there, Doug Reinhardt is really, truly THE ONE.

The only small detail getting in the way of Hilton walking down the aisle in the near future is the fact that the reality TV hunk has yet to pop the question to his leggy blonde gal pal.

Undeterred by that minor detail Hilton insists she will wed Reinhardt one day, telling E! Online, "He's going to be my husband."

She adds, "We're best friends. It's not like we just met. We've known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I'm really in love and really happy."

Of course, she was also "really in love and really happy" with her ex-fiance Paris Latsis, who bought her a 24-carat yellow diamond ring after asking for her hand in marriage. Hilton was so "in love and really happy" that she even wrote Prince Charles and asked if she could wed her beloved Paris in London's Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, or Windsor Castle.

Paris and Paris broke up a few months after she filed her request with the Prince of Wales.

Any guesses on how long her current boy toy will hang around?
