What Killed Anna Nicole Smith?

The report is in and I doubt any one is surprised by the results. More than a month after she was found unresponsive in her Florida hotel room, former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith’s autopsy is revealed. The long awaited and much-anticipated (by the media anyway) autopsy shows that the model died of an accidental overdose of a sleeping medication and other drugs. The funeral is over. The burial is over. The autopsy results will be released tomorrow. Once that’s done all eyes will turn to the men who claim to be Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter’s father. Anna Nicole Finally Being Laid to Rest

It has been three weeks since her death, but it looks like Anna Nicole Smith will finally be buried today in the Bahamas. The funeral will be held at the Mount Horeb Baptist Church in Nassau. Anna Nicole will be buried next to her son Daniel at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. This decision was finally made when Richard Milestein, appointed by the court as the advocate for Dannielynn, Anna’s five-month-old daughter, was given control of Anna Nicole’s remains. It’s done. The task of embalming Anna Nicole Smith’s body was completed on Saturday. According to news reports, two embalmers finished the job less than 24 hours after a court order mandating its completion was issued on Friday. The Florida medical examiner that conducted Smith’s autopsy told reporters the embalming was done in meticulous fashion. “In other words, she’s basically looking like she looked in life or very, very close to that,” the medical examiner told reporters.
