Hannah Montana Movie Coming To DVD and Blu-ray

The Hannah Montana movie now has a release date for DVD. Hannah Montana: the Movie is expected to come to Blu-ray and DVD on August 18, 2009. The first-ever feature film starring the Disney Channel character will come in a special 3-disc Blu-ray edition (which include the traditional DVD version) as well as a two-disc and single-disc traditional DVD version. Apparently the Blu-ray version is going to come with a feature that allow you to cerate a wish list of items you might want (or items your kids might want) while watching the film. The Disney Channel reportedly struck a deal this week to continue the series which stars teenage pop-star Miley Cyrus as “Hannah.” If you’re not familiar with the series, the premise is that Hannah is a pop star who is trying to attend regular school and live life as a “normal kid” rather than a celebrity.
