The Cyrus family seems to be imploding before our very eyes. First came the news that dad Billy Ray and mom had filed for divorce. In case you didn’t know, teen Disney megastar Miley Cyrus turned 18 on November 23, but 2010 has not been the greatest of years for her. Oh monetarily, Miley is rolling in the dough. Forbes listed her as #13 on their yearly Celebrity 100 and she made about 80 bazillion dollars this past year. Okay, that was an exaggeration, but this kid is everywhere – trust me, she is loaded. I hate to say I told you so, but…I told you so. Yesterday, we learned that newly sprung jailbird Lindsay Lohan had failed a drug test. This comes less than a month after her early release from rehab. Lindsay Escapes and Miley Breaks Up

Well, she didn’t serve her entire term in jail (14 days out of 90) and now Lindsay Lohan has left rehab before serving all of her court ordered time. After Lohan left jail, she was immediately taken to an inpatient rehab facility where she was supposed to serve 90 days. However, she was released Tuesday after only 23 days. Because surely that is enough for Lohan – NOT! But, the rehab staff at the facility thought so and the judge bought it.
