Kiefer Sutherland has apparently learned nothing. He was involved Tuesday morning in a dispute on 99 Prince Street in downtown Manhattan. The New York Daily News is reporting that Sutherland was talking to Brooke Shields outside the Soho club SubMercer. The two were there for a party after the Met’s Costume Institute Gala. Funny, Sutherland doesn’t strike me as the Gala kind of guy. Anyhow, Shields’ friend Jack McCollough, a Proenza Schouler designer, apparently interrupted the conversation and Sutherland did what any normal person would do – he headbutted him. Kiefer Sutherland Remembers Jail While Heather Locklear May Face It

Kiefer Sutherland talked to Men’s Vogue about his seven week jail sentence that he served late last year and earlier this year for DUI. In the December/January issue, which you can find on the newsstands on November 25th, two days before the season premiere of “24,” Sutherland talks about how terrible the ordeal was. He told the interviewer that there was no smoking in jail. Sutherland had to go without smoking for 48 days, which was somewhat comforting to him even though he resumed smoking when he was released. Having learned nothing from Kiefer Sutherland, Lindsay Lohan, Rebecca De Mornay, or Mickey Rourke, actress Mischa Barton was arrested this weekend on DUI charges. After straddling two lanes and failing to signal when turning, the 21 year old was pulled over by sheriff’s deputies on La Cienega Boulevard at 2:45 a.m. The deputies found Mischa had been drinking and was in possession of marijuana. I blogged not too long ago about “24” star Kiefer Sutherland and his most recently DUI. I had to preface that with “most recent” because he has had quite a few. Live and learn Kieifer, live and learn! Anyhow, today he was sentenced to 48 days in the Glendale jail after pleading no contest to drunk driving on September 25. It seems that hardly a day goes by that some celebrity is not in trouble with the law. And today is no exception. Vivica Fox has been spared going to jail, despite being arrested for DUI. She was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol while driving her Cadillac Escalade in March of this year. She was charged with DUI when she failed several sobriety tests.
