Spice Girl turned reality TV star Victoria Beckham is denying that she is adding to her clan.

The girl group singer insists that she is not pregnant (yet) and is currently concentrating on spending "quality time" with her three young sons.

Beckham sparked rumors a few weeks ago when she told reporters that she dreamed of adding a baby girl to her brood of boys. Further fanning the rumor flames was the fact that the rail-thin mom was noticeably staying away from alcohol at her birthday celebration last month.

Earlier this week the spicy mama issued this statement in an effort to set the record straight on the baby talk: "Look, I'm not pregnant! We would love another baby but right now, the three boys are still really young. Cruz is only three and David and I would like to enjoy them for a while."

David is Victoria's soccer superstar husband who claims his wife needs a "nice, long rest" after completing her hectic comeback tour with the Spice Girls earlier this year.

In addition to 3-year-old Cruz, the Beckham's are parents to Brooklyn, 9, and Romeo, 5.

Meanwhile the big O has given a big N-O to ABC execs who wanted to renew her televised charity spectacular.

Despite begging and pleading from network big wigs talk show host Oprah Winfrey has canceled her mega-popular primetime show, "Oprah's Big Give."

The show completed its run on ABC a few weeks ago. For those of you who didn't get caught up in the hoopla, the program basically pitted 10 contestants against each other in a battle over who could find the most unique and effective ways to raise money for charity.

According to show producers, during its month-long run, "The Big Give" generated millions of dollars for various non-profit organizations and included celebrity guest appearances from superstars Jennifer Aniston and John Travolta.

ABC was reportedly desperate for Winfrey to okay a second season but the media mogul simply wouldn't agree to it.

Network head honcho Steven McPherson recently told the New York Post, "We loved that show and absolutely would have loved to bring it back. But it was something Oprah didn't want to do."

Finally, someone with the brains to know when to say when... and mean it.
