The Woods name will live on! Golf phenom Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, welcomed a son earlier this week. Charlie Axel Woods was born on Sunday, according to Woods’ website, and mother and baby are reportedly doing “great.” The 33-year-old pro athlete, who lost his own father to cancer in 2006, celebrated the birth of his first son with close family members and friends, including his 20-month-old daughter Sam Alexis. Not together. Rather, golf phenom Tiger Woods and award-winning rapper Queen Latifah are each preparing to welcome new additions to their respective families. Woods will be a daddy for the second time later this winter, according to a posting on his official website. In what may have been the most anticlimactic birth in Hollywood (at least by celebrity standards) singer Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman welcomed a baby boy on Saturday at 10:05 p.m. This is the couple’s first child so it is obviously a huge deal for them. I thought it was somewhat cute when Demi Moore posed on the cover of Vanity Fair when she was pregnant with daughter Scout.
