FOSTER DUMPS GAL PAL Actress Jodie Foster is parenting solo these days. According to reports, the movie maven has split with her live-in partner Cydney Bernard. Interestingly, news of the break-up comes less than six months after the extremely private star thanked Bernard for 14 years of “loving support” at an awards ceremony. It was a secret… or was it? Ricky Martin fans, who for years have speculated that the hunky singer was gay, got quasi-confirmation of their presumption earlier this week. Martin’s stylist all but confirmed the singer’s sexuality in a recently published Swedish magazine article in which he is quoted as saying that he would love to live La Vida Loca with his client. As I mentioned when I reviewed the Yul Brynner version of “The King and I,” much of the story of Anna Leonowens and her relationship with the King of Siam was embellished.
