The other day I was writing about infamous hotel rooms and I mentioned the one in which Jim Bakker, head of the PTL Ministries, went to with his then secretary Jessica Hahn. Chick-fil-A War Continues

To eat at Chick-fil-A or not? Suddenly, THAT is the question. The whole outrage against or support for (depending on your views) Chick-fil-A thing continues. The whole thing started when Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy told Baptist Press in an interview that the company is against gay marriage. Naturally, that made some celebs (Ed Helms being the latest to voice his opinion) call for a boycott. Several LGBT groups also called for boycotts. Gay Marriage Debate Rages

I moved from North Carolina almost a year and a half ago, but I still have many good friends there. Two days ago, North Carolina said “No thanks” to same-sex marriage by passing Amendment One. In case you’ve been in a coma the few weeks, Amendment One reads “Marriage between one man and one woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized.” The amendment was passed by a vote of 61 percent for and 39 percent against.
