Mornings are hectic around our house so it is virtually unheard of for me to make an a.m. date with the television. But, tomorrow I will be making an exception. I am anxious to see ABC newsman Bob Woodruff’s return to television. I have been following Woodruff’s recovery for months. Injured Journalist Plans Return To TV

ABC News has just announced that anchor Bob Woodruff will be returning to TV in his first broadcast since being severely injured in January by a roadside bomb while covering the war in Iraq. In previous blogs I had reported that there was speculation that it may be a while before Woodruff returned to his duties at the network (anchoring, reporting or otherwise). REGIS RETURNS He’s baaaack! Talk show host Regis Philbin returned to his day job (and a standing ovation by hundreds of fans) today—six weeks after undergoing triple heart bypass surgery.
