After an eventful pregnancy spent battling the tabloids, Lisa Marie Presley finally welcomed twin girls into the world on Tuesday, October 7th. According to reports, mom and her newborn daughters are at home resting comfortably. Presley’s rep says the baby girls were delivered by C-section Tuesday afternoon and weighed in at 5 lbs., 15 oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz. respectively.
