He didn’t make it. Six days ago I blogged about actor Bernie Mac’s ill health. At the time, the Emmy and Golden Globe nominated TV star was said to be battling pneumonia in a Chicago hospital, but Mac’s rep told reporters that the comedian was on the road to recovery and was expected to be released in a few days. Sadly, it appears things didn’t turn out the way Mac and his loved ones had hoped. TV Star Diagnosed with Cancer

Kelly Bundy has cancer. Christina Applegate, who is best known for playing sexy Kelly Bundy on the long-running sitcom “Married with Children”, has been diagnosed with breast cancer, according to her rep. The 36-year-old “Samantha Who?” star is reportedly undergoing treatment in Los Angeles and doctors say she should expect a full recovery. Applegate’s rep told news reporters that the actress was fortunate that her cancer was detected very early thanks to a MRI.
